The coming Messiah

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 12:02 am

I am feeling a shift in the energy. The angels had to do a cleaning of the world’s most darkest and depressing energies. From March 2020 to March 2021 is the time of the cleaning. I am writing this in December, 2020 but might not publish it until much later. At this time I am beginning to feel that the negative energy of Mordor is beginning to lighten up.

This bad energy affects my mood, my sleep, my performance in work, and my entire life. So, I am glad it is lightening up.

My current guru says that the Messiah will be known to the public in 2034. By that time he will have come of age enough to make regular speaking engagements. Perhaps that will be around the time of his Bar-Mitzvah. This means he will most likely be born in 2021 or 2022. I am not sure if the angels want him being conceived during this period of extreme darkness. That would seem to go against the program as the Messiah is a being of light — and light and darkness by definition do not mix well.

When the Messiah comes into full force, we will all feel the light force and times will be good assuming you are spiritually relatively pure. If you are an evil person, you probably will be bouncing off the walls going crazy. I’m looking forward to seeing that as I have been tortured by evil people emotionally for a long time.

I’m just worried. When the last Messiah came, people hated him and had him nailed to a cross. I can’t deal with this all over again. I want people to revere this new Messiah, as the Hebrews call him, “Mechiach ben David” which means the Messiah son of David. The last one was the son of Joseph just to keep the record straight. He will be born in Israel presumably to a community of 144,000 people, 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes. The angels know what tribe your male lineage is from going back indefinitely to the time of when humans lived in Uganda where we evolved out of Homo Erectus, Neanderthals, or whatever we evolved out of.

I hope everything is hunky dorey, and living on earth feels like living in heaven. But, I think there is much upheaval still to come for the next ten or so years. Meteors, mass deaths, persecutions, diseases, sea levels rising, war, rumors of war, and more. I’m okay with this (it’s not like I have a choice) just as long as we don’t have social distancing or masks — that’s where I personally draw the line.

After he comes, I hope everything is okay, and that people treat our Messiah right. But, this is a different age. This is the Messianic Age or the Age of Aquarius. It is supposed to be a time of light. So, once the angels get that darkness out, and they are working overtime doing this, then things will be better. The angels told my medium that they even worked on Facebook to get rid of the negativity. I think it is working. We have been getting lots of referrals from Facebook.

When the Messiah comes of age, I’ll need to ask him for two things.
1. Can you offer me a blessing and.
2. Can you like me on Facebook?
Just kidding, I don’t do Facebook. I used to do Twitter and got bored with it and quit. Maybe he can say “abrucha” on my mediation air chair. That would make more sense to ask for than the other things.

The Notary and the N95: Putting Covid info in your notes section

Filed under: Your Notes Section — admin @ 8:02 am

Notaries often like to indicate that they are vaccinated in their notes section. Others note that they take all of the Covid precautions. It is good to put this in your notes section. This matters to some people and could be a hiring decision. Being conscientious is generally a good thing unless you are conscientious in a way that backfires which can happen if you don’t think things through.

People got vaccinated because it was the only way they could feel “safe.”
Then they realized that they still didn’t feel “safe” because other people weren’t vaccinated.
Later they decided that the only way they could feel safe is it everyone else got vaccinated.
After that they found out that vaccines have a shelf life and are only good for preventing Covid for a number of months. Then they realized they had to take a booster, and then find a way to coerce the rest of the world to do the same.
In 2022, the Alpha variant will come out and then there will be yet another booster.

By 2023, we will each have to take about 20 different shots per year, each infused with 100x your daily recommended allowance of aluminum, lead and mercury (not one of my jokes, read the ingredients and see for yourself.) There will be compounds that genetically modify how your body works for better or for worse.

Don’t forget that the genetic engineer who designed humans in such a way that we have survived 180,000 years is named God. Whatever he did seems to have worked. If you let a few mad scientists tinker with your genetics to make it how they think would be good without any long term knowledge, you are likely be the next Frankenstein.

Then in 2024, the Alpha-Omega-Phi variant will come out — a variant that makes people want to do hazing on a daily basis.

In 2025, the Beta3 variant will come out that will only attack children and kill them, that is assuming people are not sterilized by the original vaccine — and that remains to be seen. Bad news for teachers if I am right — the teachers union will be out of business if everybody is sterile.

NEWSFLASH
You don’t need a single one of these vaccines or facemasks. 5000 I.U. of vitamin D3 per day (ask your doctor first) will raise your D levels in your blood or liver, or wherever they are. Lots of veggies, fermented foods, and shitake or maitake mushrooms will keep your immunity bullet proof. Socializing and being happy helps immunity too. It is your immune system that will save you from Covid, not some BS mask or vaccine. If facemasks were so critical, God would have had you born with one attached to your body. God is not an idiot, he designed the entire cosmos piece by piece. Let’s see Fauci do that!

Facemasks delay the spread of Covid, they don’t end it. That just means you will catch Covid and die in March instead of February. What is the long term difference? Vitamin D has been proven to keep you out of the hospital and prevent death by a factor of 96% if you have high D levels vs. low. Vaccines and facemasks combined do not reduce your risk of covid death by 96%

So, why does the media not tell you this?
Because they are owned or controlled by companies who profit from selling facemasks and vaccines.

It is remarkable that more than half of Americans put their trust in complete criminals. The stupidity astounds me. And no matter how many percent of the community has one of those worthless degrees from some university, they still cannot think critically. So, what good is it. I’m siding with the Amish. They end school at 14, but they know how to think normally. Plus I just love those horses and buggies!

The Notary Chip

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 3:13 am

This is not the type of chip you eat with salsa. It is a chip that you implant in your brain. It will automatically connect you with what we call, “Universal Notary Consciousness” and it is for your benefit, and for your safety. You will be required by law to have this chip implanted by a doctor, otherwise you would be too risky to have a Notary commission.

This chip will have several functions, all of which are critical to our industry.

1. It will track whether you really meant it when you swore to support and defend the constitution. If you meant it, that is a problem because the constitution defends liberty and was specifically crafted to fight tyranny. If you believe in the constitution or America, you are a potential trouble maker.

California Notary Oath of Office Verbiage
Do you solemnly swear that you will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State, and that you will discharge the duties of the office of Notary Public in and for said County to the best of your ability? When are you required by law to do Oaths?

2. It will track if you are thinking for yourself, as it can read thoughts. If you are, it will shut your thoughts down.

3. If you need thinking help from UNC or Universal Notary Consciousness, it will help you. That way, if you are in a difficult notarization, that involves giving someone a vaccine, the consciousness will tell you how to handle differences in opinion and help you find the “correct” ideology to promote. The main thing is to assure the signer that the vaccine is good for them and will make them stronger and better. It will help them think in new ways, and make new friends. And it is for the benefit of society to keep others safe from them. And that they would be a risk to society if they didn’t take the vaccine.

You might be thinking, what does being a Notary have to do with vaccinating people? The masks, social distancing, shutdowns, endless rules, vaccines, and social control are all about the same thing — controlling you, demeaning you, and eventually reducing the world population.

But, it will be very hard for people to succeed in their agenda if even 1% of the population stands up for themselves. People are so passive these days. Boys are taught not to be toxic and given drugs if they are. This all leads to a population of sheep who never stand for anything and can be sterilized, put out of work, or murdered through covert means.

The sad news is that Notary chip is already in you. It is called lamestream media and it tells you how to think, and most of the words that come out of your month about meaningful issues are verbatum from fake news — or from Fox news which preaches the opposite. But, few of us have our own thoughts.

So, if you think this article is “scary”, the article is not what you should be afraid about. Go outside your house, looking around, and tell me what you see — tell me what you see is not scary. Not a single person is coughing, not a single person is sick, yet 90% of society thinks we are in a pandemic. Is that not brainwashing? The Notary chip is already in you. Wake up!

Vaccines for Notaries?

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 3:07 am

As with any science fiction horror movie, there has to be an evil and mad scientist who creates some catastrophe, disease, or situation. It is usually the same lunatic that creates a genetically engineered virus who also has the cure.

But, is the cure toxic? I don’t know. But, my current guru says it is very toxic. (I have a current guru and an ex who died a few years ago, and some other gurus I channel for spiritual information. It’s complicated.

Notaries will have to wait in line to get a vaccine. The nurses, teachers, and old folks get their cut of the action first. The vulnerable probably next. But, Notaries are far down the list unless you are a vulnerable Notary. The fake news media has programmed us all to be afraid… didn’t work with me. Correctly, I am afraid. Not about Covid Covid Covid, but about Vaccine Vaccine Vaccine.

People are going to wait in line and pay big bucks for something that some conspiracy theorists think has a chip in it. I don’t think that is possible, otherwise it would be lodged in your brain and cause you to have a stroke. But, it could cause havoc with your immune system or DNA, and that is what I am worried about. That is a long term risk not a short term issue. No side effects might show up for years.

The irony about my former spiritual group is that my former guru Chari-ji preached living in harmony with nature. I am so happy he taught this, because now is the time when that lesson pays off. I don’t think I need a mask, a vaccine, or to have my outdoor gym equipment shut down (I jump the fence daily.) I got a little nervous when security was following me while I was walking away. Were they upset that I jumped the little orange plastic fence, or were they looking for an address where I was walking? Paranoid.

But, the successor of my guru called Daaji made his millions in pharmaceuticals and doesn’t look too healthy. Hint hint… If you want to be healthy, stay away from pharmaceuticals. So, Chari-ji says to live in harmony with nature which translates into stay away from drugs. His successor made his entire career out of drugs. Hmm.

My advice is — learn to be healthy without crutches like vaccines and drugs. Take vitamins and get them naturally through sunlight and healthy foods. Get exercise, socialize, and deal with signing companies who pay on time and treat you nicely (if such a thing exists.) When it is your time to go, then accept that. What is the point of living if you are having surgeries every three months, scans, twenty prescriptions, etc? That’s not what I want. I eat vegetables, but I don’t want to be a vegetable — unless it’s an organic vegetable!

Search your inner voice to see what you should do.

The squeamish Notary

Filed under: Virtual Comedy Themes — admin @ 11:13 am

ME: Are you amish?
NOTARY: No, Im squeamish
ME: Close enough!

Here is a scene with a Notary based on a guy I met who ran an acupuncture clinic. He wanted only two people in his office at a time, and when a third person came in, he flinched. It was a large office too. What that guy didn’t understand was that the germs from the previous people were still in the air regardless of how many people were there now.

ME: Hi Mr. Notary, do you think you could notarize this for me.

NOTARY: Sure, just sign my journal. Oh, I love your mask.

ME: I think I’ve been in Los Angeles too long. Okay…

NOTARY: Ohhhh, you just came five feet and eight inches from me. We just violated social distancing for a whole second.

ME: Terribly sorry. Perhaps you should report us to Anthony Fauci so we can be reprimanded. It’s no big deal… Oh… Oh… (I fall on the floor and start having convulsions. then play dead, and then abruptly stand up and say) “Just kidding!”

NOTARY: That wasn’t funny. I could have given Covid to you and then you might give Covid to your Grandmother and she could die.

ME: I’ll let grandma figure out how to take care of herself. She has free will by the way. I don’t have a grandma.

NOTARY: Oh no, you touched my journal and I just touched my journal.

ME: Time to wash your hands for 20 seconds. The way I do it is to pretend that I put my hand in the toilet and wash accordingly.

NOTARY: You put your hand in the toilet?

ME: I said pretend. Here is my ID. I touched it..

NOTARY: Oh no, I have to wash my hands again… Please excuse me for the third time.

ME: Okay. And make sure you wash for a full 20 seconds again. I’ll count to make sure.

NOTARY: Okay, I’m back and I am going to stamp the documents.

ME: With wet hands, over my dead body.

NOTARY: I’ll stay at least six feet from your dead body, even if it is six feet under.

ME: Please dry your hands thoroughly, this is a recorded document. Wet hands, wet hands, oh my God wet hands.

NOTARY: Covid, Covid, oh my God Covid. We’re all going to die.

ME: The vaccine is more likely to kill you than Covid.

NOTARY: How can you say that?

ME: You don’t know what people’s motivations are. Some mad scientist created Covid to kill people. Another mad scientist in the same group created a vaccine to… fill in the blanks.

NOTARY: Oh my God. What if you are right? Vaccine, Vaccine, oh my God Vaccine. I’ve just been reverse brainwashed. You’re a lot faster than the media which took two months to fully brainwash me into N15 masks, the six foot rule, shut downs, and more.

ME: Let me inspect your hands and see if they are dry. Touch this blank document with all of your fingers and do a sample signature so I can see if it is dry. By the way, if I sneeze, or if my germs are in the air, they can go a lot farther than six feet. They can impregnate the entire house.

NOTARY: You’re scaring me. Did you touch the paper?

ME: Not yet.

NOTARY: Okay, here you go. Thanks. Elbow bump… let’s skip that.

Many Notaries taking an entire year off for Covid-19

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 5:39 am

There are many Notaries taking an indefinitely long hiatus due to Covid-19. When people stay home to hide out from big bad Covid-19, they are treating this disease like a snowstorm or cyclone. You stock up on food, water, hand sanitizer, and hunker down. When the storm leaves, you come out of your hole. It all makes perfect sense. But, a plandemic such as Covid can stay around for a long time. And with the media scaremongering everyone on a daily basis, many people just stop functioning.

Nobody requires you to plug into the MIF (media induced frenzy) style brainwashing. It is like volunteering to go to a communist reeducation camp that you can engage in remotely on your living room sofa. There are alternative sources of news as well as the lost art of what I call “common sense that is not so common these days.” Look around… Do you see a pandemic? If Sally’s husband who was 80 and had preexisting problems died — does that one person’s death prove that it is a pandemic? How many people you know have to get sick or die for it to be a pandemic? A few? In a pandemic, ambulances would be going and coming non-stop, hospitals would be permanently overflowing, and people would be afraid to leave the house. 1% of Americans would have died if this were a pandemic on a Spanish flu level. Most of the deaths recorded from Covid were fraudulently tabulated or from comorbidities making this a pandemic of deception.

I have spoken to many Notaries who just want to hunker down endlessly because they are afraid. Most keep their advertising with us, but they don’t want to work. How bizarre. If you still go to the store, 5% of the people there are infected, and yet you mysteriously don’t get sick. This has been going on for a year and yet you haven’t gotten sick. If this disease is as bad as they say, how come you aren’t dead? And then we go rushing for an untested vaccine with severe side effects for many. So, are you more in danger from the vaccine or from the disease or from your own insanity and paranoia? Hmmm.

My suggestions as always are:
1. Take vitamin D
2. Shitake and Maitake mushrooms for the immune system
3. Garlic, and lots of veggies, especially cruciferous veggies (look that up)
4. Sunshine and lots of socializing and having fun.

Staying home in terror compromises your immune system which makes you 5x as vulnerable to get infectious diseases. So, everything you are doing to be “safe” is actually the most dangerous thing you can do. It seems safer to take my holistic supplements recommended and try to live a normal, natural, and healthy life!

Cross-out happy; Not a good idea

Some lenders allow cross outs. Others will fire you after the first cross out. Some signing agent courses recommend that you cross things out without a second thought. Others don’t. Even our loan signing course teaches you to cross out wrong dates in the right to cancel document. But, if you work for Provident or other lenders who don’t allow cross outs — you’re fired! Gulp?

Don’t worry, just read the instructions. Many loans have an instructions sheet. If there is no letter of instructions, then ask before you cross, okay? Don’t assume that you can just cross anything out. First of all, remember the golden rule of cross outs. Don’t cross out unless: (1) you have permission and (2) it is a last resort.

What about the 1003? The 1003 loan application has endless wrong information. It is my personal belief that the clerks they hire are required to make endless mistakes — otherwise they will be fired on the spot. If they get your social security number right they will be laid off immediately, right? In any case, the 1003 is not binding in the loan, but has to be sent back signed. Borrowers whine endlessly about this carelessly prepared document. What is the solution? Cross out and initial? Hmmm. Not sure…

My take on the 1003 is that you will cost yourself 30 minutes of wasted time if you call your contact person about anything, so don’t call unless you really need to. Otherwise you will never get out of the signing. If the lender allows cross outs, you will not endanger your loan by crossing out in the 1003 or for wrong dates on the right to cancel. If the lender doesn’t allow cross outs, then don’t do it.

Trick question

Q. What is the only document the is in a completed loan package that REQUIRES cross outs?
A. Acknowledgment certificates require the notary to cross out the his/her/their, etc.

Good ID is not Enough

It’s a sad notary who is writing this installment. I write this in the evening after the culmination of a series of events. My tale will be familiar to many, especially those with years of experience. It started out as a routine request to notarize a Power of Attorney, then the Agent would sign two additional forms using their Powerof Attorney authority. The assignment was from a lost funds recovery agency. The three short documents were emailed to me; and my fee was coming as a check; mailed the same day.

Delays developed into two weeks, presumably, I did not verify; the check cleared long prior to the start of the assignment. As to the assignment: An elderly lady was in a convalescent home, she was to give her son Power of Attorney to dispose of some assets. Immediately my antenna went up. Hospital environments are challenging, seeing proper ID often a major problem. He also assured me that she was rational and able to understand the document she was to sign. The son related that she did not have “Govt issued Photo ID” but a collection of documents that should suffice. We discussed this issue at length. I have wide latitude in what constitutes proper ID in NY State. The rule here is that the notary is required to view “adequate proof”. That’s it. No further guidelines.

The son could produce several original (not photocopies) documents that only a family member would have access to. The sticking point was the aspect of photo ID. Finally, a breakthrough; the facility had in the patient folder an admission picture, and were willing to give me a copy (to be returned with other photocopies of original documents. It was not the best ID situation, but the lady had been in the home for over a decade, and the assets were recently discovered.

I know, I’m letting the son’s “story” influence my “is it good enough” decision. There were other positive aspects of her identification that I will not disclose. Suffice to say, I informed the son that strict adherence to gathering her ID was essential. Looking at the notary section of her Power of Attorney, I noticed that “produced a driver license as identification” was preprinted. I could not edit the file as the PDF was from a scan. I had the attorney send me an editable file and changed that line to mention by name each of the ID components that I planned to accept. A quick scan and I proceeded to send the scan to the attorney for approval. Approval granted.

The next hurdle was witnesses. I could be one of them. The son said he would “draft” a nurse to be the second witness. Been there, suffered that. Many is the facility that I have visited that do not allow staff to sign anything. The son insisted they would. I asked for the name and contact number of the specific staff member to be sure to arrive during their shift. Son was unable to obtain any commitment and a few days delay was incurred as he found a witness.

Finally, after two weeks, we set a date and time. I prepared two of each of the three documents in case there was a mistake. Upon entering her room my heart sank. It was obvious that she would be unable to understand what she was to sign. Additionally, she was physically unable to sign. The floor nurse was called, and confirmed my opinion. She could hear, but not respond to “blink three times if your son is standing in front of you”. The floor nurse called the Social Worker who asked “what’s going on in here”. A brief explanation later yielded “I will not permit her to sign anything”. Of course that was redundant; I would not notarize with or without her permission. The son lamented that the “Court Appointed Guardian” procedure was too time-consuming and expensive. This was my cue to leave, feeling sad for her affliction. But, the law is inflexible, applies to all; and as NY notaries are sworn officers of the State Department – I could only walk away.
