Nice comments about 123notary on our blog

Comments that were nice about 123notary

Mayra
I personally really like 123 notary. The contacts I get from here tend to offer more reasonable pay than on Snapdocs. Plus it’s just nice to get contacted via phone call instead of an automated message sent out to dozens of people.

Bethany
The wealth of knowledge I have received from 123 Notary’s blog is worth it’s weight in gold! The standards make 123 Notary a cut above the rest. Venting notaries is something every company should do.

Brenda
I would love to know what you think about this name:
Around the clock mobile Notary

Jeremy’s comment
The name has a nice ring (even though it is not an alarm clock). It would be ironic if your answering machine said, “Around the clock mobile notary, sorry we’re closed.” It is a good name. You get my approval.

Charlton
Jeremy, I’d like to get in on the free training mentioned in this blog. I looked for a means to do that the other day but wasn’t successful. Can someone send me a quick note on hos to get that going?

I find 123Notary is indeed well regarded. It was one of the top two groups recommended to me by a mortgage broker operating with multiple lenders US wide while he was in California, Nevada, Oregon and Ohio.

Jeffrey

As always your blog provided me with tons of good nuggets! Thank you for sharing and caring about the business!

I think of Jeremy as a businessman that cares!
I appreciate 123 notary

Positive feedback about 123notary

123Notary is my go To! I have gotten steps above work a thousand fold from your site vs snapdocs. I heartily agree. Certainly less faxbacks too. I love 123Notary! Thank you Jeremy. At the outset of the New Year, I give thanks for you and plan to get a higher position this year.

Dan
Listen, Title companies from Miami to San Francisco and Seattle Wash to New York call me from. 123Notary .com . Very often you can’t get paid from SnapDocs. Good luck! With them. I won’t sign up with that company as too many notaries got cheated out of their just fees. They don’t care or give a damn!

You must have a lot of pride in writing quality content. I’m impressed with the amount of solid information you have written in your article. I hope to read more.

Some Facebook groups are speaking favorably about 123notary

Filed under: Social Media — admin @ 9:27 am

I remember back in 2017 I was testing Notaries by phone. Many were complaining very loudly. There were Facebook groups that would bash us daily just because I wanted to have quality standards. Most Notaries claim to be great, but without testing them it does not make sense to take their word for it.

In any case, I heard that recently (in 2019) Notaries are saying nice things about 123notary on a few Facebook groups. It’s about time! All I do is work hard to maintain quality on my site! I stopped testing people by phone in early 2018, so hopefully people will forget about how unpleasant it is.

The real problem with the testing is that people did not want to be tested, and furthermore, they mostly did not know the answers. We test now by email and most people just don’t respond. But, those who do respond have time to think about the questions and answer them at a time that is favorable to them. Many people learn something answering my questions too.

Notary Public 101 is a free course I created that is on the blog. It is free and you do not need a password. Learn all about notary procedure, confirming appointments, handling tough situations, and more. You need to know this information anyway, so try to set apart some time and master it.

123notary strives hard to benefit Notaries even if we are tough sometimes. If we are demanding it is for a good reason — so we can please the users by offering them the best quality notaries possible. Thanks to those who say nice things about us on social media.

123notary behind the scenes – almost not able to walk

Filed under: Social Media — admin @ 5:27 am

It was bad. For months, my left leg was killing me. And on my right leg there was sciatic pain. The right buttocks would hurt when I sat for long hours. The left side of my left leg would hurt so badly when I walked, that I had to take one minute breaks every five minutes or so.

Finally, I went to the acupuncturist and he said my circulation was not good in my legs and that I had a muscle spasm. So, he gave me some acupuncture. I had gone to another acupuncturist a week before who also gave me acupuncture with the biggest needles I had ever seen.

But, walking had become such a problem. I took the bus to Koreatown a few times. It is only a few miles down Wilshire. I remember walking home from Koreatown twice. I had to stop every five minutes because the tension and pain was unbearable. And taking my neighborhood walks to Whole Foods and around the park became very painful as well. The hot baths helped a little, but weren’t good enough.

On a brighter note, Koreatown was fun. I took the bus there because parking is so expensive. I tried a great Oaxacan place and had different types of mole and Oaxacan style tortillas which were excellent. I tried Bengladeshi tandoori for only two bucks at a market.

After trying about ten places, I finally found a massage therapist who I could commit to. After she worked on my left leg three times, I was finally able to walk without pain. But, this lady kept trying to do my back. I told her my back is fine. It is the leg that is a huge problem. I guess some masseuses are on auto-pilot and want to focus on backs. Well thank God my back is no problem because my legs have been bothering me for months.

Now, the legs are okay, but the calves are tight. So, we will be working on those for a while. I am walking three hours a day to get healthy so it is no wonder that my legs get up tight.

So, I am okay now — for now. Wish me luck.

How do you know the call came from your 123notary advertisement?

Filed under: Advertising — admin @ 11:22 pm

Yesterday, one of our more motivated Notaries called me to ask me a few questions. She asked, how she would know if a call for a Notary job came from her 123notary advertisement.

The answer is that there is only two ways to know:

They tell you.
You ask them!

Ideally, a serious Notary who wants to know their ROI on various forms of competing advertising needs to keep a journal and write down the source of every job that they got. Sometimes it is repeat business who already knows you. Sometimes business comes from a referral. Other times they forgot. But, if you get enough referrals from 123notary, then definitely upgrade and get certified.

Each quarter you can tally up the jobs that claimed to come from each respective directory and see how much you are paying each directory to see which is a more effective use of your money.

However, don’t forget, 123notary advertising works a lot better if you have a notes section individually checked by Jeremy himself. If he thinks your notes are lame, so will the browsers, and you will not get hired much. Put some unique and juicy material in there about yourself. And you need reviews as well on a regular basis. So, don’t judge 123 unless you did your part in making your listing pop.

Will 123notary certification get you more work and is it worth it?

Filed under: Certification & Communication Skills — admin @ 10:34 pm

People think about the financial cost of getting 123notary certified. It is only $67.95 currently. That is not a big investment. Word on the street is that get more work and about $8 more per job if you have our certification. As of 2019, I estimate that you would get about 30% more work by having our certification, and $8 more per signing according to a poll I took.

So, if you were paying a few hundred a year for a top listing, you would get 30% more out of it which might add up to about $100 extra value for advertising each year. The other way to look at it is that you might get several thousand dollars more business each year which you would have no other way to obtain. So are you gaining $100 worth of advertising or thousands in revenue? How should you look at it?

The fact is that the big investment in our certification is not the cost which would pay for itself in days in terms of the extra work you are expected to get. The big investment is time, because in addition to our cert course, we expect you to master Notary Public 101 on our blog which is a long and comprehensive guide to basic Notary procedure. We think you should already know that stuff, but nobody does regardless of what state you are in.

So, the bottom line is that you might need 20 hours of study time, but the $30,000 extra you might make over the next decade is definitely worth your time and makes your time worth $1500 per hour. What else are you doing with your time that is worth $1500 per hour unless you are an assassin. And if my math is wrong, you tell me what the correct math is. After all I am only doing an educated estimate.

You might also have an easier time rising up to a higher spot when one comes available if you have our certification. So there are multiple reasons for getting it but only one for not — laziness and a self defeating attitude. Keep positive — and get our certification today. It is good for life but you do have to pass a phone audit as well as the online test.

Moving up the list on 123notary – how does it work?

Filed under: Advertising — admin @ 10:33 pm

Many people start out with a free listing on 123notary and then upgrade once they get work. When they upgrade, the best positions are not always available. So, what should they do?

In my opinion, just get the best spot that is available and then wait for a better spot to become available. But, what else do you do?

The way the system works is that Jeremy decides who is offered a free or paid upgrade and who is not. This is not done based on a personal preference, but based on stats. If you have better stats than the others in your area, you might be the first to be offered or given an upgrade.

So, what can you do to merit more points in your stats? Just get more reviews, develop your notes, ask for help, and try to get our certification (which takes a lot of studying.) Good luck and you can always email us to see what is available.

123notary certification getting more popular

Filed under: Certification & Communication Skills — admin @ 11:00 pm

I heard from a blog comment that several… that means not one, but more than one vendors who hire Notaries are now asking for 123notary certification. That means that since I cleaned up our certification and made it up to a higher standard, that more people value it. Maybe one day it will be highly valued — imagine that.

I will keep a positive thought that our standard will be the highest standard in the land and that people will come from far and wide, and pay big bucks to get our certification. You never know, that could become a reality. We’ll find out. But, we are moving the right direction at least for now.

Our certification is for sale in our loan signing course page. We also have courses on the blog. I recommend doing both as they are different.

Testimonial fro Karen Reiter about 123notary

Filed under: Advertising — admin @ 9:19 pm

I just wanted to say thank you. I spoke with Carmen a few days ago. She was extremely helpful and kind. I had contemplated upgraded my position on 123 Notary for quite some time and after speaking with her I pulled the trigger. Well, within a day, I received 2 phone calls and already have a job lined up for next week. Thank you for the amazing job you have done, building such an effective directory!

123notary certification gets you more clicks

Filed under: Certification & Communication Skills — admin @ 9:14 pm

Now that I have done a thorough job of raising the bar, getting people to study more, and retesting people, our certification means more. People who use our site are telling me with their clicks that they are using certified people more than they did two years ago before the clean up.

We had about 1600 people who were 123notary certified. Now the number is down to 100 because we couldn’t get people to study. Certified members are now getting about 25% more clicks than those who are not which translates into realistically about 40% more jobs. Yet our certified members are not paying 40% more.

123notary certified members also average about $8 more per signing. So you get more signings and more money per signing. You win twice, but you only have to study once. The information in the course Notary Public 101 in our blog is valuable and is now based on a lot of practical situations that can get you in trouble. So, study from us, stay out of trouble and impress your clients.

So, if you want more clicks, more calls, more choices, better pay and more work, consider visiting Notary Public 101 on our blog and passing our certification test. Email us for instructions.
