123notary vs. Snapdocs; AT&T vs. Verizon

Filed under: Signing Company Gossip — Tags: — admin @ 11:27 am

Snapdocs is a force to be reckoned with. Even though their notaries are bad, and Snapdocs charges a hand and a wrist to use, they still are getting a huge market share. Perhaps we need to compete with them the same way AT&T and Verizon compete.

Maybe I have to talk to the signing companies and offer them anytime minutes if they use our site more. Or maybe I need to offer them new features. Of perhaps I need to offer an easier way to find Notaries on our site.

Most hiring parties I interviewed don’t care if Notaries know anything, they just want people with around two years experience. But, people lie about their experience, so what do the numbers really mean. How many signings do you think these companies really want? If you have signed 200 loans will they try you if they like you?

Maybe I should find a way to pay signing companies to use my site. Every time you use a Notary from 123notary, you can get a chance to win a Starbucks card.

I cannot afford to create the technology necessary to rival Snapdocs, so I have to compete in other ways. Using my femininity is not one of those ways, mainly because I don’t have any.

Perhaps I should try to appeal to generation Z. I don’t even know what they like. I think I know more about foreign cultures in central Asia than I do about generation Z, the post millennials. I do understand generation Y. After you talk to them for more than two minutes, the only question that enters your head is… why?

I think that what will win the battle is finding out exactly what signing companies want and having new search features to give it to them easily. Wish me luck. In the mean time — keep stamping.

  1. Your fees are to high and you kick people off

  2. Comparing 123 Notary to Snapdocs it’s like comparing apples to oranges. I actually prefer 123 Notary over Snapdocs. Because the notary speaks directly to the title company or client on most occasions. Snapdocs does not care whether the Notary gets paid or not. Most of the signing companies on Snapdocs have negative reviews on google. Great job on helping the notaries cut out the middle man.

  3. I’m on both sights. I feel as if your site “pays for itself”, but I’m not breaking the bank with referrals. I only pay for your site and Notary Cafe.

I am also on Snap Docs and I am NOT a crappy notary! There are, however not so great notary signing companies that use snapdocs, but there are also not so great signing companies that do not use snapdocs.

Due to the fact that FATCO exclusively uses Snapdocs, I will remain accepting their jobs.

The fees are much lower thru Snapdocs, so I’m probably out much more than what my annual fee is with you, however my volume of business has tripled since joining Snapdocs!?

I do appreciate your news letter and information available on your site.

Perhaps there is a happy medium?

    There’s my two cents. Lol.

By the way… where is it “sluggish”, I had record breaking months in September and October… I’m exhausted. Lol. Perhaps is regional?

  5. Listen, Title companies from Miami to San Francisco and Seattle Wash to New York call me from. 123Notary .com . Very often you can’t get paid from SnapDocs. Good luck! With them. I won’t sign up with that company as too many notaries got cheated out of their just fees. They don’t care or give a damn!

  6. To garner a larger market share from Snapdocs, you need competent and supportive Notaries. Most of us work for Snapdocs when requested so please understand we are not “bad” notaries. We are independents who will work for anyone willing to pay us and treat us with the respect we deserve. I have four companies thus far which I will not work for due to their mannerisms in hiring notaries. I would be very supportive of 123Notary if they would not try to beat us down on the fees like Snapdocs does. Quote a fee for a job and all parties agree. If you get a known percentage, good for you. Understand the cost of gas, reams of paper, insurances etc. and be willing to increase our fees when the situation calls for it.
I am always available to discuss this with you and hope you are able to become even more successful. Go et ’em!!!

  7. 123Notary is my go To! I have gotten steps above work a thousand fold from your site vs snapdocs. I heartily agree. Certainly less faxbacks too. I love 123Notary! Thank you Jeremy. At the outset of the New Year, I give thanks for you and plan to get a higher position this year.

  8. I am new to 123notary, but I have already made my investment back in less than 2 months. The companies that have found me on this site have been quality companies and ths pay is typically double that of Snapdocs.

  9. I HATE TO SAY IT… BUT I HAVE HAD NO KNOWN REFERRALS DUE TO 123 NOTARY ???
Headhunters do not mention that. Only smaller “one time use” title companies.
SNAP DOCS HAS “WHORED THE MARKET”.
