Signing Companies that went down hill in their reviews

These companies used to have reasonable reviews. In the last year, their reviews took a plunge with many more negative reviews being added to their profile.

A post dated check and a package of 175 pages. The notary asked for a fee adjustment and as told, “I’ll see what I can do.”
This company had reviews that were not that bad before, but they slid into the negative zone recently.

Ratings just went downhill. One notary claimed they always paid him on time until the last two years. Another notary comments that you now have to bug them a little bit to get paid while in the old days they would just pay.

  1. I had a recent issue w/ AFA Title. I had a similar problem w/ them a few yrs ago, but after I got it resolved, they paid on time, everything was good. All of a sudden, I do an app. signing for them in 12-2014, then the actual signing for the same borrower in 1-2015. They owed me a total of $250, and I thought I was never going to get paid. Over a month ago Rafi Vargas promised me the check would be mailed on Friday. After invoicing them many times, I sent an invoice to Leo Betti, who I assume still owns the co. That got Rafi on the phone promising payment. I told him, nope, you’ve been lying to me long enough, send it to my Paypal acct. NOW! Or, I’m calling the Sec. of State for PA. and report you. He said he could not do Paypal, but would overnight my check. I didn’t hold my breath, but the check did show up on this past Monday, paid in full.

  3. I am having a nonpayment issue with JD CREATIONZ, LLC. Completed an assignment for them in September, 2015. Cannot reach the company. The phone line is always busy, 24/7. I have repeatedly emailed, no response. The mailing address is not valid. Considering options. I NEED to be payed. Has anyone else had a problem with them???

  4. Stay away from Celtic signings, Dennis Mc grath, Eva Chester, of Ashley Mackensie or aka Ashley Mack.out off cherry hill, New Jersey. They were paying ok then the last year they owe me $390. Tried to call, invoice ect… And they won’t answer neither email or phone. Last correspondence was in October 2015 , when Eva said they were having software problems via email. I was advised that soon as they fixed it she would “look into it” well we are now in March 2016…. And they won’t even answer…

Another out of New Jersey to stay away from is CVienna … They owe me 360. Think she went out of business but if she didn’t ..just say no,!!!!

  5. I did two signings for Celtic Signing out of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I got paid quickly for the first one but I’m still waiting on payment for the second, July 18th, 2016. I can’t get a hold of anybody. Tried calling multiple times. What’s going on with this company? Anyone have any ideas?
