Is the current societal situation depressing you?

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 8:50 am

My previous guru says that we are all the masters of our mood. My current guru claims that your environment is more powerful than you are to control how you feel and your general consciousness. This philosophy dictates that we should choose our environment(s) and choose them cautiously. However, My environment where I live is generally good. But, with the Covid-19 situation and the demonic vibe in the atmosphere, my mood was effected.

I became more depressed, and despondent. I saw no hope in the future. I saw no hope in humanity. I am writing this in December 2020, and the vibe in the air is clearing up. There is not as much evil.

The angels told my psychic that in April 2021, the evil would be mostly gone and that there was a huge battle happening in heaven between the forces of good and evil. Down on earth, there was also a battle between those that value the constitution, America, freedom, and those who want to ruin that and ruin us. So, the war manifests itself in multiple realms — even perhaps in the underworld (wherever that is… think downwards.)

The forces of evil gave a lot of encouragement to the rioters, and governors who trample on our civil rights. These forces also make us feel depressed, and cause some to commit suicide or act more antagonistically than normal.

I’m trying to do the best I can under this situation. I do spiritual exercises to clarify the outer environment. I also leave Los Angeles to tap into more healthy atmospheres. Arizona and New Mexico had a better spiritual atmosphere. The irony is that the air is clean in Los Angeles because few people are driving, so the physical atmosphere is not bad here.

Not sure how you guys are doing, but I’m just scraping by on an emotional level.

Have you ever done an “in car signing?”

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:25 pm

These days, everyone is afraid of Covid Covid, and nothing but the Covid. There are no longer any other dangers in life. Gaining weight because gyms are closed? No longer a danger. Cancer? No longer a threat, at least not one we discuss. Heart Attacks? If it happens, we’ll claim it happened because of Covid. Covid is also the official new cure for old age. Since it kills almost exclusively the elderly, it is an alternative to dying of old age.

Due to the excessive paranoia, many Notaries are forced to do “in car” signings. Contrary to the idea of Title companies and Attorneys doing “in house” signings, this is the new thing.

Have you ever done one of these? Can you concentrate and do a good job in your car? I did “on trunk” signings. Those are annoying, but if you can’t find parking or afraid of the borrower’s house, you might have to.

Tell us your experience with in car signings. And once more, forget about Comedians in cars getting coffee, now there is Notaries in cars doing signings.

Testimonial from James Benton about 123notary

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:15 pm

Just FYI………… On occasion I have heard a complaint or 2 about 123 Notary. I am here to tell you that when I started out I would have never made it without 123 Notary. I have been associated with 123 Notary for 9 years now and I’m here to tell you it is a great service! Nothing compares!

Today I am not able to accept much that comes to me from 123 Notary because I have become so established. However, the calls, emails and texts are constant (sometimes up to 100 a day). Business will not always be as good as it is now. When that time comes 123 Notary will be as important to me as ever.

FEEL FREE TO USE ME AS A REFERENCE IF NEEDED.

Notaries in cars drinking coffee and ID-ing people

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:12 pm

More on the Notaries in cars issue. If you do a signing where the borrower hands over some signed documents through your car window, not only is that very unprofessional, but it is hard to do notary work without some sort of table. Things can get lost or fall.

You need to see all signers face to face, even if it is outside. You need to look at them and their ID, and then write down the particulars of their ID in your journal assuming your state or your conscience makes you keep one. If you don’t get a clear look face to face at all signers concerned, you are not doing your job.

It is easy to make mistakes or miss things if you are working in an unsuitable environment. Working on a trunk is more like a desk and you might be more in command of the process. You can have a done pile and an undone pile if you work on a trunk. There is plenty of room and it is a flat surface. Assuming the wind doesn’t blow you are good.

Personally, for such an involved signing such as a loan signing, if the borrower is too squeamish to let you inside, I would cancel the signing. It is just not professional to sign in your car. And once again, confirm the signing before you go and make sure they are not sick or squeamish. It makes more sense to wear a mask and sit six or more feet away from them and do your best to make the process smooth.

Gender or no gender

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:11 pm

I read that in Vermont, and this could spread to other states faster than Covid, that gender distinctions are not used on short form acknowledgments. Let me know, that as a Notary, your job is to identify the signer. Part of identifying them is to see the name, serial number on the ID, and gender. If you bypass their gender, you are one step closer to identity confusion.

The reason our elections were compromised is that there were a lot of mail in ballots where signatures often didn’t match, people voting 30 times, etc., By undermining the notary process even in small ways, you are undermining the purpose of having notaries in the first place.

Some liberals might suggest having a 3rd gender option for the crossover types. But, the reality is that we are born a particular gender and the chromosomes in all of our cells do not change even when we get a sex change or are transitioning.

Discussion with God

ME: God, I heard that according to Judaism, your nature encompases both genders as well as a center column energy. It’s kind of a Kabbalistic thing.

GOD: Ummm. Kind of busy right now. Can you text me?

ME: Oh, sorry, is this not a good time?

GOD: Now’s not a good time… I’m transitioning.

ME: But, you are already both genders, what is there to transition to?

GOD: During creation there is a building aspect, and then a nurturing aspect, design aspect, destruction aspect. These processes use completely different sides of my “personality.”

ME: God, don’t you mean… “Godonality?”

GOD: Good choice of words.

Complaints on 123notary – they’re not what they used to be

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:10 pm

123notary has a review system. You can write a good review or a bad review. Contrary to popular belief, getting a bad review doesn’t ruin you, but getting no reviews will… kind of. For every 20 good reviews we get about one bad review, so the reviews are mostly positive. People don’t write bad reviews much because it is mean, and because they don’t want drama. But, there is another reason.

People who make technical mistakes on loan signings get caught when they scan back the documents. They can fix the problem before it is too late. So, the loan signing and title companies have less of a reason to write you up for that. Most of the complaints we get in 2020 are because the Notary did a no-show, didn’t return the documents, or was rude.

Generally speaking if a Notary was rude, there are two sides to the story. Usually it involves a misunderstanding. Perhaps the borrower told them one thing and then did another. Perhaps someone switched a time, wants to read forever, or there are more pages or notarizations than previously stated. Or perhaps someone who is supposed to be there is not there or someone walks out and doesn’t explain why. The family might be having a dispute with each other which the notary might get involved in.

There are many reasons you could get into an argument. The best thing is to try to not react to the other person’s bad behavior which is hard. But, on a brighter note, we hardly ever get complaints about the technical skills of our Notaries.

The appointment was booked, but the client didn’t answer

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:10 pm

A Notary recently got a complaint. She accepted an appointment that had been booked, but canceled at the last minute because the client didn’t answer. As a general rule, you should confirm a signing before you commit to a time. But, if you already committed, and the other person (borrower, client, lender, etc.) doesn’t pick up, you still have to go because you are committed.

The Notary claimed that she called twice, and never received a return call. She wanted to know if anyone had traveled, or had Covid. She claimed that the client was expecting their call.

There are two sides to this story, but the Notary already committed, so it is too late to back out. Just hope that you get paid for travel time if the signing gets cancelled.

An outdoor signing with old folks

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 1:08 pm

I just read an accounting of a story about a Notary who did a signing for some oldsters. They signed at an outdoor table, but there were no chairs. It was freezing cold and the Notary was getting tired of leaning over the table as the signers read all of the 200 pages. The notary concluded that she would never do that type of signing again.

COMMENTARY
It is dangerous to be out in the cold for a long time especially if you are a vulnerable old person. So, by trying to stay safe from Covid, you end up compromising yourself. Covid-19 spreads lightening fast not because you aren’t wearing a mask, but when it is cold. South Dakota had no problem for nine months and then the minute the weather got frigid it spread out of control. But, what goes up, must peak and come down. They peaked in early November and now their new infection rate has gone down a lot.

By being outside in the cold for a prolonged period of time you might be increasing your chance of getting Covid or the flu. This kind of stupidity just defies common sense. Back in my day, old people had a monopoly on common sense. I guess times have changed.

How do you define “pandemic?”

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 12:08 am

What is a pandemic, and how do you know you are in one.

LADY: How can you go to work when we are in the middle of a pandemic?
GUY: How do you define pandemic?
LADY: Lots of people are dying. It’s an emergency!!!

There are several facts one should know about pandemics, particularly the “fakedemic” we are in now.

1. Covid19 is real, but only has a high death rate for people over 70, and a few very vulnerable people younger than that.

2. Hospitals get paid several thousand extra per death if they record the death as a Covid19 death. This could be considered bribery, or an invitation to corruption.

3. There are no definitive standards for what constitutes a Covid19 death. Many (roughly 25%) of the Covid deaths happened without the dead party being proven positive for Covid19.

4. The remaining 75% of Covid19 deaths consist of:
People who had Covid before , got over it, and died of something else
People who had Covid, but got hit by a bus, had a motorcycle accident, etc.
Those who had Covid but died of another lung complication such as the flu, or pneumonia
People who died solely of Covid which account for roughly 1-3% of the grand total of Covid19 Deaths.

5. The real total of people who died solely of Covid might be around 20,000, and those who died primarily of Covid might be about 40,000 to 80,000, but not whatever the total is these days which is coming up to 300,000 in the USA.

6. According to Judaism, a Pandemic is defined as an infectious disease that kills 3 in 500 people per day. In California Covid19 kills less than 2 people per Million per day. We would need 4000x the quantity of deaths (not cases) to qualify as a pandemic according to Judaism.

7. According to common sense, a Pandemic would be a situation where all hospitals are overflowing, the military is there, constant sirens, ambulances, helicopters moving the sick to where they could be cared for and moving the dead around. During the worst of the “pandemic” in NYC they did have bodies stacked up in the morgue, and overflowing hospitals. But, they did not use military hospitals. The rest of the country did not have such a drastic or desperate situation.

8. I see a pandemic of insanity, madness, and a lack of common sense. People believe everything the biased lamestream media tells them without scrutinizing the information or comparing it to other sources. We have fake pandemics, fake elections, fake news, fake impeachments, fake genders, and fake food. We seek to solve our pandemic with a man-made fake solution, namely a vaccine.

9. This plandemic is more like a horror movie where the evil scientist with a German accent creates a deadly virus, and has the cure for it locked up in a freezer compartment looking forward to selling it at a huge margin. But, in the end of such movies, the mad scientist gets locked up and the resilient people recover. In our case, the mad scientists are in China and backed by God knows who. I don’t see them going to jail.

10. Due to this plandemic, America has forgotten the hundreds of thousands of brave souls who fought so that we could have freedom, a constitution, and rule of law. Now, we are living under tyranny. States are putting respectable businesses in the food and entertainment industry permanently out of business all in the name of “safety.” The bigger problem is that the system of checks and balances doesn’t seem to be functioning. The courts let governors act as emperors and the people do not complain too loudly, even in gun toting redneck states (yee-haw).

Summary
Unless the people wake up and decide that yes, the constitution, liberty, freedom from tyranny, and a good economy matter (just as much as black lives matter), then we will either not have a country much longer, become Marxist, or have a broken economy, political system, and everything else. We are moving fast in that direction .But, why? Because of a pandemic of irrational thinking, a lack of common sense, and a hundred-fold overreaction to Covid Covid, oh my God Covid!

According to Judaism, the spiritual root of infections diseases are:
1. Improper use of speech such as slander, lying, jealousy, abusive speech and others.
2. Improper sexual behavior such as premarital sex, homosexual behavior, etc.
3. Violent behavior. In America there is a lot of spousal abuse, child trafficking, gang violence, etc.

A vaccine can save you from this current pandemic (maybe), but will not save you from God. If God feels you go around lying, cheating, slandering, and bearing false witness against your neighbor which has been huge, especially in politics since 2014 (much huger than normal in my opinion) then he will get you some other way. You can hide fro Covid, but you cannot hide from God

The contents of this article are some high quality, analytical, back to reality and solid spiritual principles which even atheists can get at least on a moral level. Only 20% of Americans (rough estimate) are thinking logically, the others are completely impossible to reason with and let their fear and emotions dictate their opinions. I do not feel it is safe to have your life run by a majority of insane lunatics. Think deeply about what I just said.

Notaries over 50

Filed under: General Stories — admin @ 11:29 am

If you are a Notary over 50, it is time to get your colon tested for colon cancer. Eating kale and cabbage just doesn’t cut it anymore, but chopping the cabbage does chop it. What if you have a polyps? Those store fecal matter for long periods of time and that is toxic and can cause cancer.

If you don’t maintain your intestines properly, you might end up with what grammarians refer to as a semi-colon.

Also, don’t ignore daily colon health. Most Americans don’t get enough figure. Salads, veggie soups, and stir fries with cabbage should be part of your diet. Certain foods have fiber which you need. But, you also need foods that nurture the colon energetically and chemically. Here are my suggestions.

FIBER SOURCES

Psyllium Husks – this is a great source of fiber in capsules. It is not a substitute for a good diet, but will give you shapely bowel movements that are not at all gunky. This supplement can dehydrate you a little, so drink lots of water if you take these.

Blackberries – This is the food source with the highest grams of fiber per serving. They also are good for keeping your blood vessels cleaned out. Or try blackberry jam. This food has roughly 8 grams of fiber per serving.

Avocados – These are next in line for having almost 7 grams of fiber per serving and is considered a super food.

Nuts — Any type of nuts have good fiber and lots of other minerals. As with any other high calorie food, consume in moderation.

Veggies – Vegetables have fiber, but not as much as you might think, so you have to eat a lot of them.

ENERGETIC SOURCES
In addition to getting enough fiber for colon health, you need foods that nourish the colon with good energy, natural chemicals, and moisture.

Aloe Vera — you can drink it or eat it. This has been used for centuries by eastern medicine as a way to help the colon get the moisture it needs. Just don’t over do it or it will have too much moisture.

Bananas — This good is shaped like a colon and helps keep the intestines healthy and moving. It is a natural preventive measure against constipation. But, if you are already constipated, it may or may not provide fast relief. A banana a day keeps the colonoscopy therapist away.

Apples – This food is good for colon, liver and for your body in general.

Mangos – Helps protect the lungs and colon. Yummy too with yogurt in a lassi.

Cabbage – This is a superfood for the colon along with other cruciferous vegetables. It provides nutrients to keep the colon healthy.

If you want to live to be 100, stay lean, keep a healthy colon and liver, and think happy thoughts. The sad thing is that most Notaries are over 50, and have horrible health problems like cancer, strokes, diabetes. It is important to maintain yourself in a daily manner, and that will reduce the risk of serious health complications. I am now walking two times per day for at least 40 minutes. I am feeling better and dropping a lot of weight too.
