Really why does it take companies to pay notaries for services 1 month later? I mean they act as if its a free service. One company is really bad mortgage connect. They require an invoice and still will not pay. Have any other notaries experienced such problems with this company.I would think that NNA could help because after all we do pay a membership fee,and there should be some support somewhere

You can add Premier Signing Services
6760 Tussing Road, Suite 100
Reynoldsburg, OH 43068
I did a closing for them on September 4, 2014 and after numerous emails and voice mails, I have never heard from them – trying to collect my fee of $100.00

Thank you 123Notary for that extended list, thank God, I don’t work with any one of them listed above; except maybe Accurate National Signing Service, where I did one signing for them and never got paid for it; I hear they filed bankruptcy chapter 13 which clears their debts altogether.

April 17th 2015 I had the worst experience with a signing company ever in my 25 years. NOTARY SPOT.. Called last minute with a closing 45 miles away late evening. By the time I received docs and travelled to the signing it is 8pm. At the table I start looking through the docs to asnswer questions and realize I have another person’s docs mingled with this client’s docs. It was mixed up by the sender. I have to sort through the Borrower’s package and the Bank’s package and remove these stray docs.
As we get into the signing, more problems show up. The borrower informs me this is NOT Investment Property and even marks the Homestead Exemption on the papers. Also Notary Spot says a FAXBACK WAS REQUIRED BUT THERE WAS no FAX INSTRUCTIONS OF WHAT DOCS TO SEND NOR WHERE TO SEND TO. THE WOMAN THAT MESSED UP THE DOCUMENTS ADMITTED TO ME THAT IT WAS THEIR MESS UP, BUT THE OWNER OF NOTARY SPOT REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. He deducted $50 for not sending faxback, then he wanted me to go back out and get corrections, free of charge. By this point the borrower no longer trusted this company that screwed it all up, They refused to sign any more documents. Notary Spot claimed I refused to go back out and correct documents, Which is a lie. The Husband told me he would not sign any new docs unless Title and his loan officer told him directly that he needed to. Notary Spot then conficscates ALL my $150 fee claiming I refused to get corrections and I failed to send fax back. So I wasted my gas, paper toner and sleep to rush to get this signing done for these inept morons and got ripped off.. No Pay..
WARNING DO NOT WORK FOR NOTARY SPOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND LIES TOLD ABOUT YOUR SERVICES.

Hi everybody, I feel your pain. Just got a last minute call from BANCSERV out of Yorba Linda, CA.
Rep was nice at first but after speaking to the customer to set the appt. he informed me that he had not received any
papers and would reviewing all 40 pages when i got there, he also, said that the survey was just ordered this morning!
He told me that they schedule another notary two days ago but they cancelled the notary- to make a long story
short I called the rep back and she got very defensive and I clearly explained that the borrower was in disbelief that I would get any paper work today
and that he would be reviewing every page. He said that the paperwork can wait till Monday, It is a cash deal. She got very short with and actually just hung up when i said I would not be doing closing based on the fact I had yet to receive any docs and that the customer was and rightfully so going to read the entire package. VERY Unprofessional!!! I think all Notary agents need to stick to their principles and refuse to take any signings without a deposit or written agreement. I take credit ccards now and it seems to be helpful. Don’t give up on getting paid, I did not stop calling one company and they finally paid me after 60 days. This 30 day wait is not reasonable, if all notaries stick together then maybe we’ll get paid. I try to get them to pay within 15 days.

Signit-Notary
Horrible to work for 60 days still no pay. They only pay $65 per loan signing. They illegally ask for post-dated ack & jurats. They only deal with cash call loans. Their staff knows nothing about loan signings.

I guess I am really shocked at a couple of these that are listed…24/7 The Nationwide Notary Network especially, I have done many closing for them and I have never once had any issues with them. They have actually been very nice to work and always paid in a very timely manner. Paid much better than most other companies too!

Glad to see Claudia Viana made the list. Still trying to collect my last signing fee. There should be an easier way to collect from these people. I can’t walk into a store and take what I want without repercussions but these business can steal our time and services.

The Notary Spot is not an good company still waiting on my payment. No one answers or they don’t answer email , left my number and name and the client still waiting, will not work for them anymore.

SkyeClosings has been string me along for a couple of months. I’ve done 11 signings for them and now when I demand payment they don;t return my emails or calls.
