Certifying Power of Attorney documents

Many states such as California allow notaries to make certified copies of a Power of Attorney as an official notarial act. There is a special type of form for this that the National Notary Association has. As a Notary, you need to know ALL official notary acts in your state, and each state has different acts. There are typical acts such as Acknolwedgments, Jurats, Oaths, Affirmations and Protests that are done in almost all states. But, there are other acts and procedures too that a thorough notary should know.
