I kept saying, ‘Selena’ and she kept saying ‘This is Selena. Who’s calling?’ and I kept saying ‘Selena.’ When she realized who it was, she laughed… You’ve got to keep your sense of humor in this business; you never know when you’ll need it to help solve a problem. This woman ended up referring me more work,” says our pert Louisiana notary.
