  1. I must take exception to your listing of Premier Signing of Reynoldsburg OH as a “good company”. You show only one complaint, yet I have read posts by several other notaries complaining about this company. I have a judgment against them which is being pursued by my attorney. (I am in Ohio, also.)
In addition, there are a numbe rof complaints posted on Notary Rotary about Premier.

  2. I see several bad companies listed, especially Nation’s Direct. They have a history several years long of not paying their notaries.

  3. I will not work for Nations Direct again. The pay is poor. The hand holding is unbelievable! Too many fax backs. My favoorite is the phone call during the closing asking what color pen you are using! THUMBS DOWN

  4. You missed notary public network. They pay fast and are reliable with great support!! 🙂

  5. I keep a poop list right on my desktop, “Bad Agencies”. It’s quick to click over when I get a call to see if they are on my list. Nations Direct is on it! I will not work for them. Same complaints: They want to pay you $60 (NO!) They require half the loan package be faxed back (NO!) It took 60 days to get paid and then I had to call them (NO!) They called DURING THE SIGNING to see if we were done! Embarrassing! (NO!)

  6. HVR, really they still owe me from close to 3 months now, all I get is we are mailing the check on Tuesday. They may be nice,, but they need to pay on time, they get their money

  7. This is for the list of “AVOID THESE NOTARIES AT ALL COST” This outfit should be at the top of the list:
NATIONAL LOAN CLOSINGS. A year ago we did a signing for them that took more than three months and many phone calls and emails in order to get paid. On Tuesday of this week they called us again and offered us $100.00 to do a signing over two hours away, this Friday. They said that was too much and we politely suggested they call a notary in Globe or Miami, AZ to do it. They said their Globe notary was going to be out of town. Scheduling called Mgmt. and they received approval to pay us $150.00. We told them we needed the docs emailed by Thursday or at the very latest, very early on Friday, the signing day. Thursday pm we emailed them asking for the status of the docs…no response. This morning, Friday, we received a curt email saying the order was cancelled. We called the borrowers to let them know we would not be coming and that they should contact their loan officer to determine what had happened to the loan. The borrowers called back and said that National Loan Closings had “Double booked” the notaries!! That “Judy” would be doing the signing instead. The day had been set aside for printing, travel, signing and another two hour drive back to the Phx. area. Obviously NLC had continued to shop for a lower price. Words such as “Unprofessional”, “Tacky”, etc. come to mind. We wrote and thanked them and asked to be removed from their list of approved notaries. Be very careful of NATIONAL LOAN CLOSINGS!!
