Notary Rotary’s forum has really declined

Filed under: Social Media — admin @ 12:29 pm

Our forum has really shut down. We get a few comments from time to time. If I promote forum posts on Facebook or the newsletter I’ll get some play. But, it is more on my effort. Notary Rotary’s forum has always been the most active one. I’m not sure why. But, it is always the same people over there.

There were a few others. These (roughly) half dozen people are responsible for half the content on the forum these days. It used to be about three dozen regulars. What is happening to our industry? Our Facebook still gets good clicks, but does not have the commentary we used to get from Notaries. The whole industry is slowing down, and the old-timers are either not around or not contributing as much anymore.

Notary Rotary’s forum used to fill up two pages or more per day. Now it is two days per page. Things are so slow. July 2018 was the worst month I have had in my career since 2005.

Maybe one day things will pick up. But, they did have more than a dozen new companies over the last year who I added to my records, so at least there is some new blood in our business.

  1. THE reduce fees by SNAP DOCS are putting us out of business 30. 00 to go 50 miles for a signing is not right. bur the signing agents are taking work for low fees we cant stay in business like that!

  2. Notary Rotary website/ forums etc are a hassle . form thread display, is confusing.

I told then to fix and improve UI & UX.
Two biggest things in making a software a success.
Well , they don’t care. I just stopped going to that website.
On the other hand Notary Cafe has the best forum.
