Fass to use Snapdocs

Filed under: Signing Company Gossip — Tags: — admin @ 12:27 am

I heard through my sources that FASS is about to start using snapdocs as of May 2018. I cannot confirm whether this is true or not. I also do not know if that outfit is associated with First American Title or not. Although we at 123notary offer quality, most of the notaries on our site are anti-quality which makes it hard to compete. My personal business model only works when the Notaries value knowledge, study, and good business etiquette like answering the phone, responding to emails and being agreeable. I cannot change the world.

  3. Good morning, Jeremy, I admire your determination to provide a quality service and continuous education and training for your list of notaries. You require quality, SD does not, you charge a fee and SD does not, you take the time to share information and tips, SD does not. I appreciate and understand the importance of this. However, if you haven’t learned that the good guys don’t always win, you should have. I study and know my state’s laws and if in question, I contact the Sec. of States office for clarification. I have not taken your test because, although I have much more than the high school education of most of the notaries in my area plus better than 50 years in the mortgage business, I have trouble with your tongue in cheek remarks to make your point. They go right over my head and I just don’t have the patience or time to try to figure this out. I understand that sometimes outside the box comments may make something easier to remember, but you have to understand it first. And that is why I’m not on your “A” list. However, I am thankful for the many referrals I receive from sources which say I got you from 123 Notary. Keep up the good work and keep trying to improve our profession. You might consider what I’ve said because there may be others who would benefit from your expertise, your training and tests as I would who may be having the same problems I have. Thanks for listening.
