A Notary sends a bill to a Title company

Filed under: Marketing Articles — admin @ 9:50 am

A Notary who was in high demand made a Title company sign a contract for work. However, the title company forgot all about the contract when it came time to do the job. The contract stipulated that late docs constituted an additional fee of $20, borrowers that read to long, another $50, and there were a few other clauses as well.

When the title company finally got the bill, the bill was $450 for the signing. The head of the title company was so shocked he flew vertically about his chair in his head made a hole in the ceiling.

The damage was so bad they had to call a dry wall expert to fix the problem. The minute the dry wall guy saw the damage, his only comment was, “Well, now you must know how Adolf Hitler must have felt when he opened his first gas bill.”
